Horrible service lady!I went today to ask if she can help me to book a package through the app. She wasn’t busy and she said sorry you can call the callcenter line they will help you?! Why have a Vodafone store if they can not even give you proper service. This lady was very rude and was not trying to help me even she just sent me out of the store.VODAFONE thanks!

Yeni hat açtırmak için gittim. 400 tl hat açma ücreti olduğunu söylediler. Normalde bu kadar pahalı olmadığını söyledim. İçeri gidip geldi. Elinde sadece yabancı hattı kaldı gibi şeyler söyledi. Dikkat edin. Doldırıcı bir firma. Türk olduğumu bile bile yabancı hattı kitlemeye çalışıyorlar.

Vodafone branch in airport, Arrival floor.Scammers! It’s a shame to do such actions in Ramadan month.I paid 1600TL / 85€ for 100Gb package. And what in fact? There is only 50GB! And I paid another 60TL for international calls.When I came back after 3 hours, they told “we don’t know, it’s made other staff!”Then I told them to make refund 26€ + 60TL., because 50GB pack with international calls cost 1160TL.The branch manager half an hour loooked to monitor and did not nothing! There was a Russian speaking staff, extremely rude! And he told me - hey, you can go to police if you want!Shame! The worst experience in Turkiye ever!Sadaka olsun to you!

Scam. Today I bought a SIM card they told me 600 Turkish lira which is 31 dollars and when I paid with Apple Pay I went and found out that they charged me 301 dollars. I contacted the authority about them and see what’s going to happen.

They asked 2000 TL for the tourist sim offer which was clearly a scam. I don’t know how Vodafone can tolerate such behaviors associated with their brand name.

They scammed me. I paid 58 euro por 60 GB and after 21 days and 10 GB used I ran out of GB.WATCH OUT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do NOT buy a SIM card here. It's extremely expensive (60-70 eur for 20GB) and they blatantly lied to us about the validity dates of the package.
