Very bad service. Stopped us at the door and said they would only let us in if we agreed we would buy something. Explained we had read about their store in the Monocle Guide but were told they would only show us certain items if we said we were definitely going to buy those things. There are many nice shops in this city, we do not recommend going here and putting up with the attitude.

Mr Marcel is hands on with each Client. The shop's fabric collection is immaculate ( I am talking business menswear at the moment) and you struggle to choose color and pattern because there are so many options too choose from. Being an avid business suit guy, I have found the best slim pants cut in here. I have used the Made To Measure (MTM) service, which helps you to customize every aspect & detail of the suit. Completion is in about 10 days, which worth the wait. The shop also has ready to wear single pieces (jackets, pants, shirts, hats and accesories). A separate mention is for the shoes, which he brings in from Italy. If you are interested check out the hand made business lace ups/ monk-staps as well as Italian hand made sneakers. For me it has been a 10/10 service start to finish.

Excellent customer service, quality and experience. A friend of mine had a shirt custom made here (80 Euro). The owner is fun, lighthearted and charismatic and competently walks you through the whole process of picking fabric, colors, collar, buttons, etc. Concise and efficient process while remaining customer oriented and just fun to talk to. Within 10-15 minutes, everything was decided, payments made. I was surprised how quick it was. The shirt was made within a week, and then shipped internationally without any additional fee. The store itself is small on two stories, but also quite cozy and welcoming. For custom made suits, this is the right address if you have the money.

Arrogant, terrible service. We went at the recommendation of another clothing store in Istanbul, but did not have a booking. The owner demanded that we agree to buy clothing before letting us in and said “we don’t need tourists just looking around”. Don’t waste your time and money here.
