HOP ON HOP OFF

A rather unpleasant experience. We bought tickets for 24hrs including a river cruise for 1500 lira for two adults.We boarded the bus at 1230. Midd way through and in the most impracticable place (gran bazaar), we were made aware the company stopped all buses at 4pm instead of 835pm.It was already nearly 1.30pm when we were told! Our 24hrs tickets was in fact only valid for about 4hrs as the first bus the following day was at 11am.When I challenged the man who sold us the tickets he accepted omitting telling us about the Ramadan time table but offered no refund.I was also told, the company was government run, which is a lie. The company is private. I challenged the owner who was rude to me.Overall, this company is overpriced for what you get and they tend to lie to get you buy tickets.We are making a claim back with our credit card company. Thankfully I video recorded the conversation where the owner and staff member admitted omitting the buses were stopping at 4pm during the of Ramadan. Hardly a mistake !Do not use this company. Plenty others way more professional and honest.

Worst Hop on Hop off bus ever! I want my money back.Do not waste your time and money in this bus.They don’t respect their time schedule. We spent 2 hours in 3 kms spending a lot of time between stops. The explanation of the monuments is quite basic and not specific, so it’s difficult to identify which building they are talking about.Also, there is so much traffic that they could easily speak about facts or cultural points of Turkey or Istanbul in between historical buildings, but no, instead they play the same piano playlist over and over until you want to throw the headsets to the floor because it never stops.We decided to step out in the middle and walk back to our hotel instead of wasting another 2.5 hours of our lives there.We have taken many buses like this one in different cities around the world and this is BY FAR the worst one.If I could give them 0 stars, I would.They need to plan better for a busy city like Istanbul. Between traffic and amount of people you need to have better infrastructure to keep on your timetables and not have unhappy customers.

I preferred the hop on hop off tour for my Istanbul trip. It was a great experience for me, it offers an option where you can easily visit both continents. Office workers were very polite nice holidays can be bought. It is more affordable than other tour sales companies.

Tour was wonderful, great for visiting Istanbul, I left my eyeglasses on one of the buses and at the end of the day they brought them to my hotel, this speaks great about the company and their amazing staff, thank you for everything

The ticket states that the bus leaves from this location at 10:30, but it really leaves at 10:20. If you miss the bus you have to wait over an hour for the next bus.

It’s a great experience & highly recommend! We booked a trip with all family to Bursa with HOP ON HOP OFF and it was awesome. They handled our entire trip from hotel to shows. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as HOP ON HOP OFF. They were also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. Special thanks for the admins Noor & Nael, and for the guide Heyssam and Abdullah.... Highly recommend!

Eğer İstanbul'u en iyi nasıl görebilirim diyorsanız Hop On Hop Off tur en doğru tercihiz olacaktır. 24 saat geçerli bilet ile Sultanahmet Meydanı'ndan Beylerbeyi Sarayı'na kadar gider mükemmel bir rotası mevcut. Annem İstanbul'u hiç görmemişti ve bu geziden çok memnun kaldı.

J'ai vu les annonces de HOP ON HOP OFF sur Instagram et j'ai bien apprécié ses commentaires alors on a décidé de partir avec eux à une excursion à sabanca .... le guide était professionnel les informations était claire , le restaurant du déjeuner était de 5 étoiles avec des bon plats , la sortie était belle et amusante ...et inchallah je repartirai avec eux pour des autres sorties...Je recommande vivement

Es una agencia que siempre prefiero en mis viajes a Estambul, hay una gran variedad de tours; Puede elegir los tours de Bursa, Sapanca, Trabzon. Estos lugares son hermosos lugares para visitar cerca de Estambul. Si desea quedarse en Estambul, puede comprar un recorrido por el acuario, vialand o en barco. Puedes unirte al tour en autobús Hop on Hop off y visitar todo Estambul fácilmente. Cuando compras un tour en autobús Hop on Hop off, te regalan un tour en barco. El personal fue muy amable y atractivo. Definitivamente una agencia que debes elegir. Me gustaría unirme a otros tours en mi próximo viaje a Estambul.
