Scam!!!!I’ve bought a rug. The seller on the picture persuaded us the material is 50% silk and 50% cotton (of course, no labels on carpets). In fact, we found the same carpet in Istanbul Airport Duty Free and it’s 50% viscose and 50% acrylic.Avoid this shop. They are scammers! I wish I could return it.

This review is about honest/quality customer service. I am not an expert on rug prices or quality but I expect it would probably be cheaper to buy from shops not in the Bazaar.I initially bought some pieces while I was on Istanbul and then after flying back to the US I decided I wanted more.I communicated with them via Whatsapp and they were very helpful and sent me photos and I made my selections. I paid them on a Wednesday and by Monday my order was delivered to me in the US via FedEx.The items arrived in good condition although the packaging was difficult to openThey have been very honest with me in that what you agree to, they will deliver. For all the reviews claiming they got scammed"....I don't get it. They were offered a product at a price and agreed.Overall
