Birçok defa araç kiraladım hiçbirinde problem yasamadim. Tavsiye ederim.

We rented 2 quad bikes and a scooter with this company. Though we didn't book in advance and showed up in their office. They had scooters and available quad bike. The 2nd quad bike we had to collect at a later time as none was available. After collecting the 2nd quad bike, everything was fine. We used it around kalkan. However the next day, the 2nd quad bike was playing up. We texted the guy and told him that it starts but when accelerating it would shut down. We explained this to him which he was aware of the problem and gave us instructions. We guessed it was normal as he knew what to tell us. However it was unusable. We were left with 1 quad bike and a scooter for the next 2 days as my dad did not want to use it just incase it would get damaged even more . On the last day of rental while returning the bikes, the faulty quad bike, did not make it to the office and we had to tell him that he gave us a faulty quad bike. He did not apologise or refunded/ compensated part of the money we paid for that faulty quad bike. He just checked the bikes and said okay. We did not hear any apologies. It's a shame, the scooter and the other quad bike was working great however that last quad bike he gave was just faulty. After this, we never used this company. We rented a car at some other agency as we were cautious about this agency.
