We rent a car since over 20 years (we have a house in Y.) every year one or two times. Every time we got new cars and good prices. We recommended Valley car to our friends and further family. We had never a problem, except of one technical problem many years ago, and we received best service! We would never chance to another car-rental-service.

We have rented from this company for more than 10 years and only once have we had a problem (not with the car) which was quickly resolved. Always had new cars which is a delight to see after a 5 hour flight. Would never use any other company.

Extremely rude and dismissive staff including the owner. The moment you raise questions about contract clauses you encounter with unprofessionaism. If you want to deal with a third class local car rental company in Bodrum that has no respect to the customers, go head! If not, avoid. You will not regret.
