Istanbul Wheelchair
Istanbul whelchair did a fantastic job to support us with a wheelchair during our stay in Turkiye. We reached our hotel pretty late in the evening the day we arrived. Our coordinator, Mr. Yusuf, provided us a wheelchair which met our objective. He even provided two alternatives so that we can choose the better one. They picked it up at a time that met our needs, once again in the evening of our departure date. Job well done!

It was a very smooth and easy transaction, there was instant response to my request on WhatsApp message although it was late at night, and the wheelchair was delivered without delay next morning. It helped me get around Istanbul with ease. The individual who delivered was polite and helpful and showed me how to unfold and operate, and gave me clear instructions to leave wheelchair with hotel reception on my checkout. Overall I loved the service of Istanbul Wheelchair.

My family and I visited Istanbul and needed an accessible transfer for an electric wheelchair, from city center to the airport.The service was excellent, they had very good communication. Driver was skilled and polite. We will definitely use their service again when visiting Istanbul.

Istanbul Wheelchair delivered a wheelchair in one hour to the Galataport cruise ship port when I reached out to him for help on WhatsApp. That’s so far above and beyond. Totally fair price. My wife has a broken leg and the wheelchair we brought from home got a bit roughed up in Istanbul on the difficult sidewalks there and i didn’t think it was functional. So, I was afraid the entire trip would be in jeopardy if she had to crutch everywhere. But Istanbul Wheelchair saved the trip.

I was in desparte need of finding a wheelchair that I can carry with me out of the hotel.I contacted them on their whatsapp number and they were prompt in responding to my request. Delievered the wheelchair to hotel on time. They do not require a deposit and carry a variety of wheelchairs. They asked me about the weight of the user so they can provide the right wheelchair for us. One of the best customer service you can ever find in Istanbul. Reliable service with affordable pricing.

My son developed a foot problem which meant he couldn't walk well for our holiday. Istanbul wheelchair rental saved the day with their excellent service. I rang them up and within 2 hours there was a wheelchair at our hotel. It was a lightweight and strong wheelchair which really helped us to continue with our holiday. The wheelchair was collected very easily a few days later from our hotel. Absolutely amazing around the clock service. Payment and communication excellent as well!

Impeccable response time and great customer service. We hired the automatic wheelchair in the afternoon and it was delivered to our hotel in the evening. We communicated in English over WhatsApp. No issues at all. It allowed my mother to zip around Istanbul with ease.

Awesome experience while our stay in Taksim, Istanbul. Delivery of the wheelchair was very fast. Great communication.We came from Canada and were worried our mom wont be able to have a wheel chair on incline streets of Turkey.
