It is very confusing. There is a sign saying detergent, softener, sanitizer are free and there is a machine that looks like it dispenses these automatically. Then there are plastic bottles and cups to manually load as well, and post-it notes advising to do this. Seems like management need to clear up the ambiguity.Also on the dryers some of the tokens purchased from their own vending machine are automatically returned as not being valid.

They don't include enough detergent so clothes ure still dirty. They don't use hot water even if you pay for it. The store is very dirty and dusty. WASH YOUR CLOTHES AT HOME.

The most convenient laundry service in Istanbul.I washed my clothes in 10kg machine, the price only 30TL, and another 25TL for dryer.While waiting for it to finish, i leave the shop and have a coffee in a shop nearby.Please bring small notes as the machine doesn't give return.
