I bought a burberry cashmere Scarf in october 23 and the sales guy had not box it and etiquettes were taken Away. Only with a plastic bag! Guess they sell those in other platforms. Go to original brand shops and stay away from these stores.

My friend bought a Love bracelet from Cartier duty free and the salesgirl doesn’t gave her the screwdriver and even gave the wrong model casing to put in her bracelet. Very bad service. No next time.

Very bad experience with the purchase of a Chole bag here. They stated the price in Euro, but when you paid with a card, they charged you in Turkish Lira at a very bad rate. My purchase of 899 euro, after paid in Lira, became around 960 Euro. Beware.

Compre unas gafas de sol YSL a los pocos días se cayó una patilla , en YSL Barcelona no conocían este distribuidor ni en la central YSL de Spain, y se negaron a llevarlas a reparar alegando que no tenía ticket a pesar de tener el ticket de la visa. Hago escala muchas veces en Istanbul pero no pienso comprar nunca nada más.
