I recently went on a tour to Turkey with the Oli DJs on 20/11/18 (11HTR11J20/18TKA) organized by Chan World Holidays. My sister and I were in Group C with tour leader Fiqah and your tour guide Gencay. Both of them took good care of us and were very helpful.Everything went fine till I realised I had accidentally dropped my gold chain (Thali) which is considered very sacred in our Hindu marriage. It is a bad omen and taboo to lose the Thali. Bad stuff are considered to befall the husband when one loses the Thali. I was devastated. I had been wearing it since my marriage for 34 years.I had just reached the hotel in Istanbul when I realised it missing. My sister recalled me still wearing it in the previous hotel in Bolu. I got in touch with Fiqah who contacted Gencay. He called the Buyuk Abant Hotel staff in Bolu, but the staff had gone off from work by that time. I understand that the Head of Renk United travels had a hand in helping me to find my Thali.I got the good news from Betty Moh the next day that they found my Thali and is safe with the staff at Buyuk Abant Hotel in Bolu. As it was my last day of tour in Turkey (30/11/18) I had to leave without my Thali as it was not possible to get it on time. I left with a very heavy heart.Gencay assured me that they would see to it that I receive it safely in Singapore soon.True to their words, all necessary arrangements were made and Betty called me on 5/12/18 to collect my Thali.Kindly convey my heart felt gratitude to Gencay and all the Renk United team for being sensitive to my needs and all the efforts to bring me my Thali asap. Good tour driver for the above mentioned trips in turkey

We traveled with Signatour World from Malaysia to Turkey on 17/4-28/4/19. Collaborate Tour Guide Mr. Fatih from Renk United Travel joined us.His vast knowledge made Turkey look even more beautiful. He was very accommodating and pleasant.We are also very grateful to him for arranging super delicious local Turkish Vegetarian Food for us.Well done Renk United.

Appreciation to Mr Fatih, our local tour guide and Mr. Serkan, our coach captain during my family tour with Chan Brother led by Ms Jennifer to Istanbul and western Turkey. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and friendly people. Reminds me of my history class teacher. Renk United Travel, you have a very good tour guide. His name is Necat Rehber. We enjoyed the tour with him around for over a week, from the moment we arrived at Istanbul to several places like Bolu, Ankara, Aksaray, Konya, Kusadasi and Canakkale... He has such a sense of humor that our group never felt bored during the whole trip. He is very friendly and humble. He knows his job very well and the way he explains and describes the places around Turkey has been very clear and easy for us to understand. During this trip, I learned a lot from him about Turkey and its people and culture. Necat is also very patient and helpful. He treats every one, from young kid like my son to older folk like my father, with great respects and is always making sure that everyone of us was comfortable and in good condition.Thank you Necat, the good driver who drove for many days and Renk United for the great service. Renk United Travel, you are blessed with such a good person like Necat working for you.

We joined Chan Brothers Travel from Singapore on a 10 Days Tour of Turkey from19 to 28 March 2016. Their local partner in Turkey is Renk United Travel. There were 19 of us plus a Singapore tour leader. When we arrived in Istanbul on 19 March 2016, we were greeted at the airport by a tall, dark and handsome tour guide, Gokhan Bektas and our coach captain Muhsin. Both of them always carry a friendly smile which never fail to brighten each of our day with them. They are both very professional in their job. Gokhan has an excellent command in English and he even threw in a few words of Asian countries as well, e.g. Bahasa, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc. He is very knowledgeable and has imparted a lot of information to us. He never failed to give us tips, like where to and not to buy, where to taste the local food and even where to go for free WCs (otherwise it would cost 1 Tlr or SGD 0.50 per entry). The entire tour was managed very well, without any delays or problem at all. We enjoyed our last two days in 5* hotel in Istanbul. Good time always passed very fast and the tour soon ended. This leaves us only with very fond memory of the tour and the great people whom we have met during this tour.Many thanks to Renk United Travel and in particular our tour guide, Gokhan Bektas and our coach captain Muhsin for making this an enjoyable and memorable trip. I had the opportunity to use Renk United Travel as my agents for ground arrangements in Turkey from the 9th of June to 16th of June. It was a wonderful trip. The transport and accomodation was very satisfactory. I wish to express my thanks especially to Ms Isil Yilmaz, the tour guide, who went out of the way to accomadate us, a group of six over sixties. Also the driver Muhamad was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Renk United Travel for your ground arrangements in Turkey.

The tour guide, Cihan, displayed professionalism throughout the journey and shared a lot of knowledge about Anatolia and Turkiye. The driver was very pleasant and maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the bus from Istanbul to Canakkale, Cappadocia..etc and back to Istanbul. Renk United has certainly made our maiden trip to Turkiye a very memorable one.
