The rudest representatives I ever seen, first the sales rep didn’t show me the watches I asked for, he barely could get them out to see them, with telling me in unexpected and unacceptable way “if you want to buy a Rolex, buy it from your country home”!Is this how Rolex treats their customers? I doubt that.

Dropped by here today on 20th February 2023. Confirmed there's no available Rolex watches for sale at this outlet. All Rolex watches in this shop are for display only.I was advised by the staff to buy from my home country instead. Their Rolex watches are meant to sell to their locals (Turkish) only and not for tourists/foreigners.

This Rolex outlet gives you a casio experience, they are at best obnoxious and rude they think they have a right to be because they are rolex employees they have no clue regarding service and to make matters worse they make up their own rules regarding tax free shopping they argue that there is no tax free shopping at Rolex for tourists which is incorrect as other outlets offer tax free. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place they should be out of business.

Çalışanları çok kibirli ve kaba. İçeri girdiğinizde Hoşgeldin bile demeye tenezzül etmeyen asık suratlı ve hizmet hakkında hiçbir fikirleri olmayan personeller var. Hayatları boyunca çalışıp oradan saat alamayacak personel Rolexin sahipleriymiş gibi tavır sergiliyorlar. Rolex kalitesine yakışmayan personellerin eğitilmeye ihtiyacı var.Their staff is very arrogant and rude. There are sullen staff who don't even bother to say Welcome" when you walk in and have no idea about service. Personnel who have worked all their lives and cannot buy a watch there act as if they are Rolex owners. Personnel who do not fit Rolex quality need training."
