We bought 2 foam cutting machines from this manufacturer. First machine, the table arrived scratched, we reported it on the BL, no intervention from them. Second machine purchased in September 2022, the blade breaks every 15 days. The last tenuous 4 hours: explanation of the manufacturer: this is completely normal!!!!!Is it normal to break blades every 15 days? I really don't think so. Moreover the blade jumped in the workshop.This manufacturer refuses to assume that the machine is not to European standards and moreover, has an obvious design defect.Terrible sales serviceTo flee
