They cheated me, the rented car was not available, so they gave me a different car without mentioning at front desk that it's different car group and higher deposit. I would not mind if they have informed me, but what their employee have done, at front desk charged me the agreed deposit 1000TL, and after i left he charged extra amount of 500TL without communicating or taking my approval. in addition, they charged me other extra 300TL for extra insurance that i didn't request, I make complain for that and they informed me back that all is signed but failed to show me any proof of signed documents, and return back to me that i have been informed which is totally non ethical and cheating. If they informed me, why they make the deposit on 2 times, one with agreed amount and after that one with extra amount, unless their employee realized his mistake and try to correct it after my departure from front desk and lied to his company which is not my problem.totally it's not matter of money, as extra 300TL is not big amount and if they explained and communicated it to me i might have added that without any problem,So as advice be very careful as they are liars and could deceive you and charge you extra amounts without any communication or approval and then assume that they told you and it's ur fault, so make sure before leaving the front desk that every single point is clear for you, and ensure that no transaction on credit card to be done further after you leave front desk.

Bien. Oficina en el aeropuerto. Nos dieron un Fiat nuevo con 500 km. Fiable

hemos reservado un coche tipo Renault Clio y nos dieron una furgonetilla Fiat Fiorino con lo que muy contentos... El personal de la recepción fue muy agradable y al bajar a por el coche hicimos un repaso de los desperfectos con los encargados de darte las llaves y estaban atentos a todo. Lo hemos devuelto 3 días después y el procedimiento es el mismo, gente muy profesional que facilita mucho el alquiler del vehículo. repetiría con esta compañía aunque también digo que reserve mediante Booking para garantizarme el reembolso en caso de algún problema. Al terminar los papeles en el aeropuerto el día de coger el coche nos recomendaron ampliar un pequeño seguro y por 6€ el día decidimos cogerlo aunque no nos ha hecho falta

My dad rented a car through this company. Unfortunately the car did not meet the description that was presented online. He requested to cancel his booking and Greenmotion Kayseri accepted this. He received confirmation emails but never received his money back. He contacted the headquarters multiple times but never heard anything back, nor received any money... Also Kayseri Greenmotion did not reply to his emails.

10 gün önce rezervasyon yaptırmama rağmen bugün kayseri ofislerindeki arkadaş findeks ten msj gelmiyor diye kendince bahane üreterek,bugün fiyatından başka bir kişiye aracı verip bizi mağdur etti,kurumsal gibi gözüken firmanın müşteri temsilcileride ilgi ve alaka yoksunu.bu firmayı asla tercih etmeyin çünkü 300-500 tl için sizi mağdur etmekten asla çekinmezler.

Booked a vehicle online through Economy cars with Green motion. Provided out flight number etc when booking. Flight was delayed but we arrived atgreen motion before the closing time and there was no one to assist and the number provided was unanswered. No after hour service with Green motion or economy cars. Had to get a taxi and room for the night in Kayseri
