DO NOT GET CAUGHT BY THESE PEOPLE!Yesterday my wife was sold a ring by them that was advertised as 925 silver. When asked before purchase she was told yes it is silver. When she got back to the hotel room I took a look and instantly saw the ring was plastic. How she didn't suss that I'll never know but I don't like being conned so I took it back immediately and they had the gall to argue that it wasn't plastic, he even said look its stamped 925....... Yes into plastic!I demanded a refund and I think they realised I wasn't going to take this lying down and paid me back.Such a shame to be conned by people in such a wonderful city, you've let down the city of Istanbul and the trust of the people that come to visit you. You must be so proud?I advise you not to even enter the door.UPDATE AFTER REPLY.Well obviously your 33 years in the business means nothing as my wife was ripped off by your staff. People can make their own choice as to whether they walk through your door or not. If you do decide to people just be aware.... please.

Very kind and helpful stuff!We were here two times and we are very glad to bring souvenirs back home.If we have to come back and buy souvenir from Istanbul, this is definitely the place to be.

Very friendly staff and owner and great deal .The quality of his ceramics pillow cases textile were absolutely beautiful. You just want to buy everything honestly. The price are reasonable and worth and the shop is just extremely beautiful ❤
