Terrible service. I bought a watch which after less than a year had water leakage.I asked for a replacement and after long conversations I was promised the watch would be sent to Switzerland for evaluation. I specifically asked for the watch not to be repaired in turkey as I have had bad experience with the craftsmanship.When I called after weeks of waiting I was told that nothing of what I was promised was actually done. The watch was not sent to Switzerland and I stead replied in turkey. I was lied to, and my wish completely and bluntly ignoredI do not recommend Chopard not tektas.Needless to say the water leakage is my fault!
