Great company, the whole rental process was smooth and easy. We missed our flight and therefore couldn't show up on the pickup date indicated in the booking, but they were very understanding and changed the rental start date without any fee. The car provided was new and very clean, and the pickup process was very fast. They are always in touch on WhatsApp in case of any potential problems. The dropoff process was smooth as well. Will use the company's services again and totally recommend them.

I usually don’t write reviews for rental cars but I make an exception for this one. Everything was very convenient. They met us at the airport and delivered us to the rental car place. We were then on our way quickly, within ten Minutes. They also gave us sparkling water while we were there. Car was new and clean. I think this is a family business as the wife and kids were there at the place when I signed the agreement. Good vibes I like supporting local businesses versus mega corps. Highly recommend if you want to rent a car for your vacation in Cappadocia.

Luckily they still showed as the other company we booked with never showed up and Car rental Cappadocia was there to provide us with a car! I booked my car rental online 1 week in advance and got a good rate plus the service was awesome, they greeted me at the airport and I was given an upgrade. The fleet they have is only new cars. When we were returning our car back all we did was give them a call 15 mins before and they met us at the airport. Thank you!

Pathetic. We are supposed to travel to Cappadocia tomorrow and they cancelled our rental car reservations today just stating they are unable to provide us a car. If they are unable to provide, then why take our reservations? Because of them we are losing so much money! We have to find another car rental at the last minute which will be 2 or 3 times more than what we paid during our reservations. Very unethical!

I booked a great car — Fiat diesel ATM — for a week. It was pleasure to communicate with the company. Right at the airport we met with a manager. It was really quick procedure to get a car and drive. I payed a rental by MIR card, so it's great option for Russian travelers. Highly recommend!
