Anybody can be good at their job if they are working in a familiar environment and have all the right equipment. The true test is when this is removed and they still have to deliver the goods. This, unfortunately, (sorry again Elcin!) was the situation Elcin and her assistant found themselves in when they came to cater for our small family event. We hadn't realised that the barbecue would be a free-standing open-air one or that this was not allowed outside our venue. As we were temporarily unable to answer the phone, Elcin had to go ahead using only the small kitchen with one oven which luckily happened to be at the venue. It is a testament to her skill and dedication to customer satisfaction that she was able rise to the challenge and produce a range of delicious food and that none of our guests realised the circumstances under which she had had to work.We really appreciated that she hadn't simply packed up and gone home! She was very keen that we were satisfied and did all she could to cater for our needs. We were happy to meet and work with her and are happy to recommend her services to others.Thanks again Elcin and Ruffled Truffle (great name!).
