Constantly disconnects, poor service speed no matter what you it’s even worse near time to pay for the next month, will log you out even if you have your MAC address saved no will upkeep feels like is done to the site or the service over all

Website is hit or miss, maybe it'll work maybe it wont, maybe it'll let you log in, maybe it'll say you have logged in too much and kick you out. Services usually go down every couple weeks or so and they conduct maintenance with zero notification.

Connection was always bad and they didn't disconnect my service when I left (after I went in person and requested it be ended) and this cost me an extra months fee

It's expensive and you don't get what you pay for no matter what plan you have. Interruptions with the service are constant and the net going down is regular. Occasionally the connection will require a log-in every 15 minutes or so which can last all day sometimes.
