Pros: good location. All rooms are suits. They provided early check in free of charge.Cons: attention! Bed bugs! Came from overnight plane and sleep in the morning to wake up in 2 hours from a terrible itch! Found bed bugs on my bed as well as friend's bed.I happened to have an allergy to the bites and had swallowed parts of the body including the area around the eye.They did change the room immediately even though we didn't feel like it was the best solution on offer.As we stayed only 1 night and our plane was late in the evening, we requested for late check out hoping that the property might provide it as the compensation for a terrible incident.However, our request was refused due to no available rooms. Moreover, we noticed that the receptionist had bites as well. We left speechless from this place.Certainly, can't recommend it to anyone as having bed bugs is a very bad experience to have.P. S. Lound music till late at the night, sounded like it was behind the room door.

Very disappointed with our stay at your hotel. We booked a four-bed room, gave a room with two beds. I had to pay for another room. It was impossible to use the toilet. It smelled awful. There was no window in the room. An empty doorway. Without glass. The reception did not agree to refund the money for one room!

Roof bar is a scam. They told us it was free in, tried to charge us on bill. They told us beer was 120tl then tried to charge us 200tl. Don't waste your time. Not a good bar anyway with a rubbish view and music so loud you can barely hear yourself never mind anyone else.

Terrible bar on the top floor, asked if there was an entrance fee in entering the bar, was told no, asked for a menu for drinks and was told there was only one for food, then enquired how much a beer was.The bill arrived and was twice the price as was quoted, when we questioned this was told that there was an entrance fee.Very unfriendly staff, terrible music which is to loud making talking impossible.

DISGUSTING! Dishonest people work there. Terrible hotel, dirty, moldy and a nightclub right above your head! Specially make a reservation without cancellation and will not return the money. In the bar, too, people are deceived

Not recommend! Bad place for staying. A night club is above your head. Drunk people, loud music, totally not friendly. Possibly selling drugs.
