Gorgeous shop. Owner casually dropped the fact that everything is handmade like it's no big deal. But the glimmer and beautiful materials (silk, cashmere), styles and colours definitely suggested otherwise! Definitely the best shop for scarves, blankets, towels and so much more! In a short time, we bought many scarves and would definitely go for more

High quality artisanal woven products like towels and scarfs. Small family owned business with genuine people who are ready to help and give honest advice. Very good pricing even though it's proximity to the Galata tower. Highly recommend this shop!

El dokuma işi, teknolojinin getirdiği ağır baskıyla birlikte yerini dev makinelerin çarkları arasında yok olup gitti denilebilir. Hele İpek dokumacılığı bu alanda en vahim durumda .Don Kişot diyebileceğimiz bazı cesur insanlar bu yel değirmeni heyulalara karşı savaş açmaktan geri durmadılar. Yakto’da böyle cesur bir girişimci. Ama avantajı hala daha bu işin kıymetini bilenlerin geldiği Taksim civarında olması. El emeği göz nuru pek çok dokuma ürününe burada ulaşmanız mümkün. Fiyatlar tabii ki hem turistik hem de hand made.

Very nice family run business. Prices are much better than the grand bazaar and the quality is also much nicer. These same wool/cashmere/silk products would cost 3x more in California easily. The family at the shop took a lot of time to help us pick our scarfs and blankets as gifts for family members. They also packaged and tied them up attractively for us. Their selection of towels were also very nice and handwoven. Highly recommend and it was nice knowing we could support a local small business/family.

We found no better decision in Istanbul, best hand woven stuff!!The shop owner invited us for drinking chai with him and we had a nice conversation about his work and the family tradition.The shop is lovely decorated also with an old loom.The best shopping experience we had in that city!Quality, hospitality and a heart for cats!

Bumped into this no frills shop after going to the store next door (for Turkish tiles as unique bring home souvenirs). Shop owners were very friendly and helpful, and totally non pushy at all. Shop focus mainly on Turkish towels and scarves, with materials ranging from cotton / organic cotton to linen to silk (price from TL65 and up). Eventually bought 2 Turkish towels here for gifts back home. Shop has a good sized mirror for checking scarve fitting and has a giant weaving machine on site as well. Credit card ok.

Best shop in Istanbul! great handmade scarfs, pleasant to touch; owners are very nice, explained everything and even burned a piece of cloth to show that its genuine!Great customer service and products, best wishes to your business :)
