We have bought 2 properties through Ahmet at Kas Properties in the past 10 years. In this time we have come to respect and trust him completely. He makes the whole process stress-free and easy, pointing out all the pros and cons to allow you to make an informed decision. He has also supported us with minor building projects, and endless good advice.We hope not to move again, but if we do we would definitely use Kas Properties again.

I used Ahmet to sell a property in Kas in October / November 2021. I had to leave Kas before the completion of the sale so authorised a power of attorney for Ahmet to act on my behalf. He kept me updated every step of the way, I was sent photographs of all receipts, and a video of the transaction at the Tapu office in Kas when he attended to represent me.The proceeds of sale were transferred to the UK in a timely manner.He is very honest and reliable.If you are thinking of buying or selling a property in Kas I would highly recommend Ahmet.

I bought my home in Kas through Kas Properties. It was a complicated purchase in the middle of COVID lockdown, with no international travel and the seller out of the country. Ahmet and Alper were absolutley brilliant. They dealt with every obstacle that came up, quickly and professionally. Always had solid, trustworthy advice, and made sure that every i was dotted, and t crossed. Big thank you, I would definately reccomend.

I have now used Ahmet on two occasions, one to purchase a property and also to sell a villa.I have no hesitation in recommending Ahmet as he is truly trustworthy and extremely professional in all aspects of buying and selling property.Buying or selling in a foreign country is not easy buy Ahmet takes all the problems on board and gets the job completed.He has kept me fully informed at all stages and managed all financial arrangements.If possible I would leave a 6 star rating.
