I had a Mommy a makeover, Tummy Tuck, 360 lipo and breast uplift. Overall I’ve had a very positive experience. transfers were very good and smooth running. Hotel Gorrion is a lovely hotel, so clean, breakfast included. Staff/cleaners are all so friendly and can’t help you enough.HOWEVER when I first booked my surgery I requested DR Zafer. As friends of mine highly recommend him. Medaway team via WhatsApp are very prompt in messaging and quick to answer all questions, organised everything for me from start to finish, all I had to do was book my flights and get on the plane. Medaway sent me all the confirmation that DR Zafer would perform my surgery. Then The day of my surgery I found out my surgeon had been changed. Without anyone informing me prior. I only found out when signing paperwork. To which then I was told a bunch of lies as to why Dr Zafer is not performing my surgery. I was told he travelled to France as an emergency to collect certificates. Dr Zafer then done my check up at the hospital on day 4 as my surgeon wasn’t available. To which he then told me I was never booked in his schedule and that’s why he took a vacation because he had free time.The staff at the hospital are amazing! I can’t say anything bad about them. I can’t remember everyone’s names so do forgive me, Sefa & Emo were very nice to me and tried their hardest to make sure I was happy after finding out I wasn’t having the surgeon I had hoped for, they provided lots of information about my new surgeon as I had researched Dr feudal. Delara (social media person) is such a beautiful person inside and out, so gentle and very honest with her opinions. She even brought me flowers for when I woke up. The lady who took payment and brang my discharge medication was so lovely also. So gentle and kind spoken. All the nurses were amazing, couldn’t do enough for me, very gentle and prompt. The Anaesthetist was also very nice, held my hand and wiped away my tears as I was emotional before going down for surgery.Dr Feryal was the one who performed my surgery, she’s very friendly and I’m so happy with my results. I believe everything happens for a reason and I was ment to have her. Her expertise is body contouring which is exactly what I needed. As I wanted curves.As a whole I had a great experience and I’m very happy with my result. I would recommend again but I would be sure to check every detail 10000 times before I travelled all this way again. As the Disappointment and Anxiety I felt once finding out that I wasn’t having the surgeon I had my heart set on.

I found Gastric sleeve surgery a really scary and worrying prospect, i was nervous and fearful. After arriving at the Medaway hospital i was greeted with the friendliest of hosts they reassured me and answered all my questions easing any doubts that i had left. Surgery its self i was out cold for a sleep but the after care received was consistent regular and top grade. The rooms and facilities where modern and spacious. I have no regrets and would even recommend to others considering GS surgery.

It was a very nerve wracking decision to come abroad for surgery. It was the cost saving that really encouraged me to do my research into Turkey. The surgery has been amazing although I wish I’d known in advance just how painful it was going to be in the few days afterwards. The people you get in your watsap group are always very happy to help but i sometimes found they over promised. I am someone who wants information to be factual and perhaps it’s the Turkish way, but I was told things like ‘a couple of hours’ which then turned into 4-5 hours. I didn’t mind waiting but I was getting frustrated with not knowing what was happening around me. That said, they are all very pleasant people who deliver - eventually. I don’t regret my decision to come here, I was very scared when I spent 2 full days in agony. If I’d known that was normal I’d have probably been a little less concerned. I would recommend Medaway and maybe I’ll return again!
