Booked a tour with them through Viator to go to Pergamon. I called them to confirm pick up time the day before the tour and they told me the tour had been cancelled due to low booking numbers. This is understandable, but absolutely no one called, texted, or emailed me to tell me the tour was cancelled until I called. They said they cancel tours sometimes to keep the tours “regular” which makes absolutely no sense.Travelling is hard enough, do yourself a favor and book with a more reliable company than this.

If you come to Bodrum, do not hire the tour to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The ticket price for Cleopatra pools advertised by the tour agency was 100 Turkish liras and the guide charged us 150 Turkish liras. In addition, we were taken to places of no cultural interest, clearly so that the guides could earn their commissions on the purchases of unsuspecting tourists. We stayed almost an hour in a stone shop and almost two hours in a wine shop, time that could have been enjoyed in Pamukkale, where we stayed only 2h30. We came back to the hotel deceived and frustrated.

The wear and tear started at the beginning of the tour, because our names erre not on the list of the driver, who, by the way, was quite rude. An uncomfortable van ended up taking us on the tour, because there was no vacant seat on the bus. The place was wonderful, but we had very little time to enjoy it, because we were taken to places that were not of our interest, but of the guides’, because of the commission they would receive with the tourist’s purchases. The guide also told us that if we were late we would have to return by taxi, however, they were not in such a hurry in the wine store, while they waited for both van and bus’ tourists to finish their purchases so they could receive her commission. Therefore, I do not recommend that you take the tour with this agency.

I had a great experience with Arbek Travel. The office support to get the trip underway was first class. I went on a private tour and was able to select the places I wanted to go. Even though I selected a tough journey going to three archaeological sites in one day (a 14 hour trip), our guide remained enthusiastic and talked passionately about the sites throughout the day, and I left with a wealth of knowledge. Transportation to the sites was also fantastic. Would definitely use this company again! A+

Trip to Pamukkale: if you are in Bodrum I think a trip to Pamukkale is not worth it because of the distance between the two cities. Also, you can have the bad luck I had and hire a tour company that makes unnecessary stops at shops along the road and turns your trip into a big frustration.

Лучшее место! Приехали в Мармарис и все путевки взяли у Арбека. Гиды на русском, цена в 2 раза на некоторых экскурсиях меньше чем в отеле, забрали и привезли в отель. Все объяснили, показали, рассказали, были на связи !! Рекомендую всем, кто не хочет переплачивать и быть уверенным что все будет по высшему разряду !!
