I booked a hotair balloon ride in Cappadoccia in September and all tours were cancelled due to bad weather. Despite being assured i would be refunded immediately and emailing several times, Tayf Tours have ignored me and it is now three months later without a 300eu refund. Terrible service.

We use Tayf for our trip to Cappadocia. Prior to the visit they were cooperative and cordial. It was a good pre travel experience.On the day of our travel our driver showed up 35 minutes late and drove really badly to get us to the airport in time. Once we landed in Capadocia it was a typical tour mass operator. We were unaware of this. Tayf recommemded a cave hotel (Gamirasu hotel which was outstanding) which was a 30 minute ride from their office.This meant the first day we spent immense time dropping guests to their hotel from the airport, reaching Tayf offices and starting our tour without going back. Also the first hour of the tour is picking guests we dropped off at the hotel.We reached the hotel at 9pm. Tayf arranged the hot air balloon ride for us the next morning and informed us that we could get our pickup time from the hotel. The hotel informed us 4 AM, Tayf sent us 3:20 and the driver showed up at 3:10. It was chaos all around. They again picked up guests and put us in some 4 am breakfast place until 5 AM. Makes no sense why they would not allow their guests an additional hour to sleep.I called Tayf and the same courteous people were not so much anymore. I asked for a private tour to get some rest.Overall I found the individual activities to be excellent but the coordination between the vendors are Tayf is poor.Note: all tours are shared basis and If time is a priority it is worth investing in a private tour. No one will mention this.

BIG FRAUD !!We had booked before Covid situation. We had to cancel due to lockdown. We were group of 23 people. We had paid 2000Euros. Its been 4 months since they agreed for refund but no refund yet. They are now not replying to whatsapp or picking up my phone calls. Complete fraud company.

BIG FRAUD !!!!We booked a flight in Capadoccia for 1sr of May 2019.The booking was confirmed and we have been informed of the pick-up time the 30 of April. The 1st of May we woke up and nobody came for us (we woke up for nothing). Until today we are still not refunded and nobody answer to our mails anymore. So disappointed ...

I had a capadocia balloon trip which is cancelled due to bad weather conditions and it had been more than one month that they are not refunding the paid amount which is more than 330€.

Esta agencia es lo menos serio que he visto en mi vida.La web que tienen de enlace para la reserva de excursiones en globo es www cappadociatourtickets.com.Después de pagar y reservar con 8 meses de antelación,a falta de una semana para coger el vuelo en globo,me dicen que tengo que pagar 160€ más por persona porque han subido los precios.Eramos 8,y por la cara ahora nos pedía la módica cantidad de 1300€ de más.Y que si no me interesaba,pues que me devolvían el dinero(todo un detalle,se lo podían haber quedado también).Han jugado con los sentimientos de dos familias,que durante 8 meses hemos estado ilusionados con la experiencia del viaje en globo,habíamos hecho hasta camisetas para ir todos iguales,y estos impresentables nos han fastidiado el viaje que con tanto esfuerzo económico y con tanta ilusión habíamos preparado.Nunca deberían contratar nada con ellos.
