Super experience. I booked via email and not via web site. I was a little bit afraid but there was no reason. The service was excellent. The guys were waiting for us at the airport, even though our flight was delayed. Three nice, clean cars were waiting for us. We just jumped into them, went to the office to sign the contract (5min drive), to pay exactly what agreed and, in few minutes, we could leave. The fuel condition is empty-empty but the office is on the gas station, so its possible to immediately feed the car. The cars were like new, everything in order, no troubles during the whole week. The return was extremely fast, about a minute (we had full insurance coverage); we just met at the gas station and they dropped us at the airport. The communication went through email for booking and then via whatsapp. I fully recommend without any doubts. Thank you, guys!

Ali and Hakan were amazing. They pick you up from the airport in your clean and immaculate car, let you fill up however much you want, and send you on your way. No deposit, no fuss, no stress. Upon return, it was just as easy as arrival. I recommend these guys as the best in town as I really have no complaints to make. Amazing service from beginning to end

We rented a 7 seater manual car from them. There are several great things to say about these guys. At first I was a bit reluctant to rent a car from a private company but from the first moment I met them at the airport, I was sure that I made the right decision. Even though our flight arrived half an hour early, they were waiting for us in the airport. They charged us EXACTLY what they told. I saw on reviews that some people are complaining that the car is given to you on an empty tank, but it is right at a petrol station where you can fill it up immediately. Also, you can return the car back on an empty tank as well. So there are no problems. Very professional and polite. I will definitely rent from them again if I ever go back to Dalaman Airport.

they did not provide the reserved car without explanation and apologies. A 7-seater car was booked in this company. A few days before the start of the booking, I requested confirmation.
