Demir Yemek Evi
It is a small eatery with a decent spread of hearty dishes to choose from. I have the lamb soup, served with bread (90TL). The meat is slow cooked and it is tender with a light gamey flavour. The soup is collagen- rich with the bone marrow completely dissolved. It is perfect! I asked for tasting plate for the rest of the food - they are light and flavour is well balanced. A well thought out selection of dishes. The chef previously worked for an international hotel and his culinary skills are excellent!
