It's a micro store in the hotel lobby with a single employee at the time we went.just an automated machine you could get a similar thing from your hotel breakfast don't waste your time and moneyNever had a good opinion about Starbucks but this really is the pits, can't believe you get charged full price for this.Save yourself the frustration and give it a wide miss.
