Took them over a week to ship my order. Days after my order shipped they sent me an email claiming half of my order wasn’t shipped and id be getting refund for that half. Still have not gotten my refund and customer service has not responded to inquiries. Looks like im going to have to dispute this order with my card company. Will NEVER shop with them again

Ordered second time with Baqqalia Turkish Delights bakirkazan packaged in individual boxes (as opposed to in bulk)four different flavors and they arrived in one week, better than two weeks first time I ordered. Quality and taste are great and authentic. Very satisfied with this order, I’ll order again in the future. I recommend ordering pre-packaged rather than in bulk.

Missing Turkish food a lot... And it is not easy to find the products abroad. Even if you find, quality is not as you are used to. Baqqalia changed my life.
