Pnoé Yoga Rodos

Sometimes things in life are happening exactly at the right time. I was always interested to make one step into the world of yoga but for a long time lust and opportunity did not cross their ways. Last year my wife and I were spending one week on Rhodes and taking part on Marias yoga lessons there. Since that time I´m addicted to her empathetic and motivating way of teaching and showing me and all the others, what a great ressource yoga can be in our lifes. And it´s fascinating, how she combines to help me burning off and building up energy and to relax in one and the same lesson. Taking part at her weekly zoom-lessons meanwhile became a worthful and important routine and tradition, which I don´t want to miss anymore!

Maria is a very dedicated person, kind and peaceful mind she always helped me to get ride of my body pain. I came to Rodos for kite holidays and every day I booked private lesson with her after my sessions. I can say that I felt my body healed every time I was following her practice. I went on vacation and met Maria at the hotel. Maria led the yoga and meditation by the hotel beach and invited to try it out. Im glad she did. Maria is very good at what she does and her guidance was professional and gentle at the same time. The various courses she held decreased stiffness in my back, sides and increased my overall relaxation and well being. (Also got some sore muscles from the workout programs haha) It truly enhanced my vacation and as a bonus made the guests that were trying it out talk and laugh with eachother. Join her practice if you get the chance, she is a pro!

Wow, what can I say, Maria- you are just amazing!We experienced a bespoke yoga class 1-1 (just me and my partner) led by the amazing Maria. It was at sunset, in a quiet, intimate place on the beach! Maria was so attentive to us and we finished the class feeling so relaxed and content. It was such a beautiful experience! Pnoe Yoga & Maria was such an uplifting experience and inviting person to practice and meditate with! Her classes are inspired and varied and was in the most beautiful location! I met Maria during a holiday trip to rhodes. I wanted to try yoga in another country. I was so blessed to have her as my teacher!
