Don´t book any car from this company. very very bad service

Regular visitor to Turkey . I f you can avoid this company then do !! They will keep your deposit without any excuse or reason. Very dishonest. The agents have been trying to contact them. They use the language barrier to their advantage , when they do actually understand.

ACHTUNG - nicht mieten! Wir haben über Check24 bei diesem Anbieter gemietet und ein Fahrzeug in einem *sehr schlechten* und *nicht verkehrstüchtigen* Zustand bekommen:(1) Bremsen haben verbrannt gestunken, wir hatten große Angst, dass sie versagen werden.(2) Die Hupe hat nicht funktioniert. Im türkischen Straßenverkehr *sehr gefährlich*.(3) Das Radio hat nicht funktioniert, das Display ist defekt.(4) Die Lüftung war teilweise kaputt und hat sich aus der Armatur gelöst.(5) Die Verkleidung der linken Tür hat sich von der Tür gelöst und die ganze Zeit einen starken Lärm verursacht.Insgesamt war das Fahrzeug in einem absolut inakzeptablen Zustand. Es ist völlig verantwortungslos dieses Fahrzeug zur Vermietung freizugeben.

Have car hire for three weeks, they call me one week later asking for car back, as needed a service. Never heard so much nonsense, they kept pestering me none stop, it got so bad I agreed for car to be collected and swapped over. Car replacement never had same amount of petrol in. I insisted they put petrol in, disappeared for 15 mins come back flashed a receipt to me then went. I went to replacement car, guess what no petrol put in. Lying cheats, messaged them to get no reply, no surprise there. In one word. SHITE.

If you rent a car from Circular car rental make sure you bring pliers, a new entertainment system, and windshield wiper fluid.First of all they asked me to meet them in a Starbucks coffee store outside of the airport as their office is located in a gas station elsewhere;Upon receiving the car, numerous problems arose:1- The radio and entertainment unit didn't work2-The handle to adjust the seat was broken and could not adjust3- The knob for adjusting the side mirror was missing4-The Horn was not working5- The car was delivered with an empty gas tankNot only, but when I asked them to replace the car with a working one, they did not have a suitable replacement. When I complained to the main company, they threatened to take my car and leave me without a ride for my trip. The customer service is horrible and the aggression expressed with customers is unacceptable. I highly recommend you get your car from a different company and save yourself the scam and poor experience during your travels.

Don't even think about renting a car from this company. They are all robbers ready take your money any opportunities and given back to you is nothing. I hire a car for over tree week. Pay them over one thousand pound they give terrible car duster with navigation that doesn't work. Never again please be careful do not trust them.
