Super rude on the phone, horrible receptionist , he speaks English so fast you can’t even understand what is he saying and I live In England !!! They take more Than 24h to give results. Nothing special.

Her daim güleryüzlü ve nazik ve süratli sağlık personeli.Laboratuvar sonuçlarını hem size hem dokturunuza mail ile gönderilmesi benim gibi sıklıkla basılı raporlarını kaybeden hastalar için cok onemli. Aradıgım tüm raporları mailimden bulabiliyorum.Bir de bekleme salonundaki ikramlar çok lezzetli, nereden alıyorsunuz :))

Firstly they dismissed us saying they don’t do the test we asked for, I had to insist cause I had called before coming there to check if Biruni labs do it- They made us pay for the wrong test when I checked and noticed it was not the correct test and asked for a refund while they check for the correct one they got upset ! You should try to work on your customer service.

How could this place get such good reviews?! Unbelievable!Nowadays companies are buying comments and positive reviews about their services or products so you need to be very careful ,this company is no different.I had a PCR test which I should have gotten the results in Turkish and English version but they sent me only the Turkish version! My boyfriend, who got the test done there with me was luckier by receiving both versions but there was different date of birth on each of them!There had been another unfortunate incident in this laboratory which I prefer to keep private but I just want to alarm you to avoid this place!
