Istanbul E-pass

Great service: Quick response to every query/question in complete, simple English; Supported with screenshots when explaining somethings and even shares audio files of tours when my internet connection was unstable to support streaming!I felt like I had a constant ‘consultant’ with me throughout my visit.

This e pass is a MUST buy ! I could not believe that you could save so much money and get this type of quality events/attractions for what it cost. They provide the best customer service and back up their product ! I would highly recommend them to anyone! If you are visiting Istanbul please do yourself a favor and get this before you actually get to Istanbul to help plan out your visit ! If I could give them higher than a five star, I would !

Generally, we were very happy with the e-pass. We found it very easy to use and it allowed us to skip lines at some places which really saved us a meaningful amount of time.We found guided tours and in-app gps locations of attractions very helpful. Although in some times, when the group was larger, we had troubles hearing the guide.We had a great time in Istanbul and really used that e-pass as much as we could, so I would totally recomend it to others!

I bought the 7-day pass, committed to use it as much as I could, I visited Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Galata Tower, Topkapi, Dolmabahce, the Basilica Cistern, The Whirling Dervishes, and Princes’ Island, also did the Dinner Cruise (when asked, meatballs are the tastier option) and booked a 2-day trip to Cappadocia with the hot air balloon option and the car ride to the airport.The pass works very well, the tours start punctually, they do a great job at providing all the information you need to meet the guides, they will also connect you with the WhatsApp staff where you can find additional information and will help you along the process.I really enjoyed this pass, the content of some tours was a little basic, the rides to/from the airport are minivans exclusively for your party, not shared, I enjoyed them very much. My favorite was the tour to Cappadocia they were very punctual and professional. The only thing I would change from this tour was a visit to a leather product manufacturer where we saw a catwalk of leather products. That didn’t quite fit the theme I was expecting from Cappadocia.One thing this pass is missing is at least a discount on the Busforus tour.

Made our visit to Istanbul much better!! The number of attractions included in the Ist. e-pass made it a no brainer. Easy to purchase, easy to use, e-pass app is great! The discounted unlimited transportation travel card (we purchased the 3-day card) made it great value and the WhatsApp Customer Service support completed the deal. The team were quick to respond to our queries, clarify information, book us on various tours, transfers etc. Got access to the support service as soon as we arrived in Istanbul and the team helped with all our queries. Absolutely fantastic service - recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul. (I’d looked through and compared Istanbul welcome card, Istanbul Tourist Pass etc but decided to go with Istanbul e-pass and glad I did. Definitely saved money using the e-pass and travel card.

Mükemmel bir deneyim.

Had a great experience with Istanbul E-Pass. We got the 2 day pass and mainly used them for airport transfers that were very comfortable, on time and luxurious. We also did the Bosphorus cruise and some of the other included attractions and had no issues. Overall I think it's worth the investment. For us the airport transfers alone made them worth it.

Very good services and value. We loved the dinner cruise and Bursa trip. If you have 3-5 days in Istanbul, book this E-Pass, save money, save time, less walking and most enjoyable.

Great service. The time it takes for the team to answer any questions is less than 5mins. They explain everything you need to know, not only about the activities they offer, also any questions about the city you may have. It's a great product also, it's gonna save you a lot of money and time because you don't wait for the lines.The best activity is the dinner cruise, I recommend it 100%.
