تعاملت مع عشرات الشركات خلال قدومي إلى تركيا بشكل متكرر ولكن أول مرة بتعامل مع شركة فيها هذا التعامل المحترم والمصداقية والرقي وتقدم كافة الخدمات بحيث ما تحتاج لأي شيء خارجها من الاستقبال من المطار حتى التوديع يقدمون كل ما تحتاجهعنجد عمل رائع وجهد مشكور

رحلة كانت رائعة بكل المقاييس والأهم انه شرح الرحلة مطابق للواقع.. يعني في مصداقية بالتعاملوالأسعار رخيصة مقارنة بالخدمة الراقي الي يقدمها المكتب

Korkunç hizmet, yakındaki adalara tam bir gün ve Boğaz'a bir gece turu ödedim ve bu şirketin korkunç bir organizasyonu var. Otele gittiler ve bana yanlış bir turdan bir araba gönderdiler, sonra da şaşırmış başka bir sürücü bulana kadar beni bir ofiste mahsur bıraktılar. Sonunda tura başladığımızda saat neredeyse 10'du ve sonunda bizi sadece yakındaki Principe Adası adalarını görmeye götürdüler, dönüş yolunda bizi merkezde mahsur bıraktılar. bizi Boğaz'a götürmek zorunda kaldılar ve kapalı olan ofise konuşmak için gönderdiler. Biz aradık ve bizi akşam 7:30'da gece toru için alacaklarını söylediler ve giyinip beklettiler. DOLANDIRILMIŞ HİSSEDİYORUM, KÖTÜ TURİZM ŞİRKETİ, KİMSEYE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM.English: Terrible service, I paid for a full day to the nearby islands and a night tour to Bosphorus and this company has a terrible organization. They went to the hotel and sent me a drive from a wrong tour, then they left me stranded in an office until I found another driver who was also disoriented. At the end of it it was already almost 10 when we finally started the tour and it turns out that in the end they only took us to see the nearby islands of Principe Island, on the way back, they left us stranded in the center when they had to take us to Bosphorus and they sent us to talk to the office which was closed. We called and they told us that they would pick us up for the night toru at 7:30 pm and they left us dressed and waiting. I FEEL SCAMMED, BAD TOURISM COMPANY, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.Spanish: Pesimo servicio, pague por un ful day a la sislas cercanas y un tour nocturno a Bosforo y esta empresa tiene pesima organizacion. Fueron al hotel y me mandaron un drive de un tour equivocado, luego me dejaron varada en una oficina hasta que nos busco otro driver que tambien estaba desorientado. Al final de ello ya eran casi las 10 cuando por fin iniciamos el tour y resulta que al final solo nos llevaron a concoer las islas cercanas del principe island a la vuelta nos dejaron varados en el centro cuando tenian que llevarnos a bosforo y nos mandaron a hablar a la oficina la cual estaba cerrada. Llamamos y nos dijeron que nos pasarian buscarno para el toru nocturno a las 7:30 pm y nos dejaron vestidos y esperando. ME SIENTO ESTAFADA, PESIMA COMPAÑIA DE TURISMO, NO SE LA RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Bad experience. I wish we saw the reviews before booking with them. Our booking was a simple Turkish Night, 3 hours group cruise. We specifically asked for a private table of 2 and we paid for that. When we reached the yacht to our surprise there is no table for 2 at all. The crew told us to share a table with 8 people. We tried calling Flyferro but no use. Eventually the crew gave us a table on the deck where we couldn’t see anything at all. It was cold and there was nothing to do. The most boring 3 hours of our lives and they didn’t refund us our money.

Bought a tour to Bursa, and i haven't seen anything of bursa; They took us to the aged tree and gave us less than 5min to stay there, then took us to the teleferic and we had to pay for it (we discovered that it's not included in the tour price), apart from that, they wasted our time touring between shops (they get a commission from them apparently). I spent a tiring day with no fun, and got to my hotel at mid-night.

I strongly recommend to not travel or use this company sited at Istanbul. They made us pay a deposit the day before we booked a day tour to Sile. They told us we have to walk 30 minutes away to a different office on the day we are were going to the tour. When we got there the company coach said they have no record of us and can not take us for a tour we paid for!

Worst experience ever! We paid more than 700€ for the trip, the tour was supposed to start at 8-9am, we have been waiting forever and nobody came. I am wondering if anyone will come pick us for the ballon trip

No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Pagamos para un traslado hacia el aeropuerto y nunca llegó el conductor, no contrataban nuestras llamadas, ni nuestros mensajes. Casi perdemos el vuelo de 8 personas! Tuvimos que pagar dos taxis con un costo muy elevado.
