I have very good experience with TERRA and it’s manager. Mr. Cagatay and Mr. Kirkincioglu were very helpful not only during the selection process, but also during closing the deal and after closing processes such as registration for electricity, water, bank, helping with building services issue.

Dla klientów w Polsce agentem jest Pani Kasia. Jej pomoc jest wręcz przyjacielska i kompleksowa na każdym etapie: wyboru lokalizacji, przesłania ofert, wyboru mieszkania, negocjacji, zakupu, wykończenia pod klucz. Rzadko spotyka się taką osobę. Dziękuję Terra Real Estate za apartament w Alanyi przy plaży Cleopatra! Na pewno zobaczymy się w Turcji. Szczerze polecam tą firmę.

I was naturally very nervous about buying a property in Turkey after read various articles in the UK.I saw various agencies including Terra Homes and in particular Emirhan. The other agencies were fine but Emirhan spoke perfect English which really helps a lot. He was not pushy and listened to what you said. Finally I found a property in Avsallar and Emirhan did all the necessary paperwork or took me to the right departments. It is complex but with Emirhan's guidance we completed it relatively easily.The after sales service was exemplary and I would commend Emirhan and Terra Homes for all their assistance.By the way you don't need a lawyer even though I used one. Just use Terra Homes and save yourself over £1500.They are honest and trustworthy and they deserve success.Thank you Emirhan and Terra Homes.

I dont normally write reviews but in this instance, I would like to share my experience to help individuals who wants to buy property from UK or any other European country and dont know where to start as buying a property abroad has its own risks when you dont know much about the Country and not even the language. I am glad that I found TERRA Real Estate and purchase my first beautiful apartment in Kestel Alanya and didn’t have to go through all the pain.Emirhan Kırkıncıoğlu was an absolute delight and I knew I was in the most capable of hands, Emirhan helped us from start to finish and was great with keeping us update along the way (Thanks Emirhan!!), if I ever choose to buy my second apartment then I know who I will be asking.100% recommend Terra!

I cannot say enough great things about Terra Real Estate!!! I probably spoke to at-least 8 different real estate companies before I found this company- we worked with Emirhan and he went above and beyond to make sure every single step in the process went smoothly and efficiently. We were nervous buying a property overseas without ever even seeing the property in person first, but Emirhan walked us through everything, working around the clock to ensure the best possible experience! We got the pleasure of meeting him in person 5 months after we purchased the property and he is hands down the best there is out there- so sweet, honest, and professional! We will be purchasing more properties with him in the near future!!!

Если по сути - лучшее агентство в Алании.Была не лёгкая задача - найти несколько квартир для получения гражданства. Имели неудовольствие обращаться в десяток разных агентств, где-то предлагали откровенно серые схемы, в других - заведомо не подходящие квартиры, некоторые просто не могли найти ничего под наши критерии. Уже молчу про отдельных личностей, кто после показа квартир требовал деньги за их потраченное время.Найти агентство Terra Real Estate было настоящей удачей. Отдельно хотел бы поблагодарить Эмирхана. Предложил не мало различных вариантов и помог найти подходящую нам квартиру, сопровождал в процессе оформления, вернее сказать - сделал всё за нас. И даже помог в бытовых вопросах, не касающихся его работы. Подводя итог вышесказанному - если искать недвижимость, то только с помощью данного агентства. Они держат тот уровень, до которого остальным агентствам ещё работать и работать.

These guys are helpful and knowledgeable. It took us a couple of weeks only to find the right choice with them, EmirCan took the time to understand our needs, and put remarkable efforts to help streamline the process on all fronts. Shatay reviewed the paperwork and provided advice on legalities. I recommend them.
