Don't engage with this real estate agency if you care about your hard earned money. They only recommend properties where they have agreements with the developer involving high Commissions, I'm talking more than 70 thousand US dollars in commission per transaction at times. If you are sane enough and care about your money, steer away from them. Yes they have high customer service levels because to them they will make minimum 50 to 60 thousand USD on top of what the property value for Turkish customer's is worth. Heartless scammers with unfair fees. Other agencies charge 2% of the transaction cost as commision so 4000 to 10000 usd commission and not 60000+ !!!! Be smarter with your money and don't lose. Wish you investors/ home buyers all the best.

They are like a nightmare . they sold a project to us which is banked robbed and not responding to us. It is around 6 months I asked them to understand what is going there but even no simple responded . They just got their commission and did not care to the people who buy from this agency. definitely we going to sue them.
