We started our kitesurf experience at this place with shallow water and nice winds. Ideal for beginners and apparently also great for the more experienced kitesurfers because of the lack of swimmers, boats and other water activities in this specific spot. The crew and the instructors are great! Friendly, helpfull, flexible and very transparent and proactive. The little village of Gülbahce offers a chill way of spending your vacation away from touristic crowds with some grocery shops and a few restaurants. You have some nice places around to visit like Çesme, Alaçati, Urla, etc if you have a rental car (or by bus) Close to the surfspot there is a nice hostel “Urla Surf House” where you can have some meals, drinks or snacks. You can stay at the hostel or rent one of the many airbnb apartments nearby.

My girlfriend and I spend 10 days there and had a great time, She learned Kitesurfing at this spot. The people are very friendly, great instructors (big thanks to Kemal), the school is well managed by Os, on the spot you have a good mix of flat water and a little bit of waves. Definitely will come again here
